@managers @admins guyz I just want to say could u view /actions when we report on RDM and CHUNT cause  i don't have a good pc to record why u guys not understanding my  pc got just intel core 2 duo 1gb vram and 4gb ram i can't record in this pc it's Windows 7.. When i report why u guyz can't check /actions cause actions show everything we have done when we play could u guys do something about that video evidence rule.. i don't have a good pc like u all.. Yesterday i just joined the game and went to the helipad at lvpd and one guy suddenly came and killed me he dont had any revenge too just killed me when i join the game i didn't even say anything to him i was talking to my friends when i join and went to helipad and then also i was talking to my friends but that guy came abd killed me and i asked isnt that a cop hunt and he said 'go report' and then i reported to an admin and he askes for video evidence i felt lost at that situation cause i just joined and got killed in 1 min for no reason.. I don't have a good pc to record man

For recording use bandicam its free or u can use any other video recorder.
Or
U can upgrade ur window to windows 10 it's gives u recording feature.

Daryl you must understand that a lot can happen within 1 minute of logging in: You are a police officer, you can literally log in and start chasing any criminal near you the moment you log in, and none of this can be seen through /action logs, which means if it was someone else and wanted to falsereport players, they will get away with it and get an innocent player punished.
While I trust you and believe your report is genuine, no one is better than the other, and cophunt/rdm reports need video evidence unless the player admits to rulebreaking. We made it this way so the player doesn't claim something stupid (but potentially possible) situation such as "he rammed my car." These actions aren't logged either.
So to keep it fair for everyone: video evidence is required because some actions CANNOT be detected and won't be logged in /actions

U can upgrade ur window to windows 10 it's gives u recording feature.

Win 10 is even more resource consuming and as he describes, his pc can barely handle windows 7.

@Daryl_Dixon It's not always possible to give conclusions by just seeing action logs. Some important actions are not logged due to which some players can create false reports and find loopholes in the existing rules. This is why we always recommend having a video evidence.

I had a similar PC as yours once and I know how annoying it can be in such situations. I suggest dropping your game settings to get a playable fps (40-60 fps). You can use Dxtory to record. It's comparatively less resource consuming and it gives you an option to drop the recording quality as well, to boost fps while recording and playing simultaneously.
