details:the  2 one was chasing after me  when theoldfriend pop 2 of my tires I cannot even drive so I saw no way where I can escape ..to make less time jail so I surrender as you can see in the screenshot but even I surrender mike1234 rammed me and his friend killing when my hands was in the air lool/..so I request a punishment because that's why mike add /surrend or /handsup in the server

You may had attacked other people which gives cops the opportunity to kill you for their own safety.
