new clothing item - knife and the ability to stab

Suggesting to add knife as a clothing item along with the ability to stab other players. I think it's a nice detail that certain clothing items come with special abilities when equipped.

- Cool down of 1 minute between each use?
- Stabbing should deal a reasonable amount of damage, perhaps 20-30%. It counts as a lethal assault and should get you MW.
- Cops are unable to stab.
- Stabbing a cop while being cuffed should break you free and knock the cop back.
- Make it hard to acquire the knife, maybe make it a reward for an achievement.

+1 i like the stabbing stuffs specially doing it on cops. But i want to ask for the near future if this will be added, can i stab every cops when i see them with low hp ? Just curious

but the way you said make it a reward for completing an achievement makes it more interesting
