Literally what the title says. The current limit is 130 and what Is the problem with increasing It? There is literally no problem, you are punishing someone who has a better pc that way. And before you start stating shit like "HIGH FPS IS UNFAIR" then stfu and listen. 1st scenario DM - 130 fps already allows you to seamlessly strafe with Deagle and shotguns and there are no other benefits about It. Literally. You magically don't fire faster or deal more damage and other shit. so lifting the fps limit wouldn't even make an issue LMFAO. I used to play on 50-70 fps and I still had almost the same chances as when playing with high fps like 400-600 It's only a matter of skill. 2nd scenario Regular game - Harder to drive, harder to swim, for people with non-mastered rifles harder to aim, more damage dealt against you with the chainsaw. I mean some people would sacrifice the comfort of gameplay for a smoother framerate and that's fine at this point It's their decision. High fps don't give you shit like faster animations or shit. In the long run, It makes your experience shittier so It should be a player's decision how they want to play. I feel bad for 240hz users tho and thanks for reading  ;)

Well i don't think they will remove fps cap directly, so 230 fps limit not that bad tho. "+1"

even if he won't remove it, at least make maximum fps = 230/200
but i guess he will say "its not a dm server" and then topic moved to rejected suggestion.

Isn't there a hard capped limit of 110 FPS in SAMP? I might be wrong, but you cannot break this limit without external scripts.

Rules state as follows:

- Any other mod that doesn't go against the forbidden mod rules. For example removing loading screens.
Said mod isn't in allowed section, and is clearly in forbidden section as one that "Alter the way a part of the game works". Can you please explain what do you mean by saying "Said mod is allowed in MCNR"?

Increased FPS greatly increases ability to push vehicles. Watch the video for comression 20 fps vs 90. I believe 200 fps will allow you to run through vehicles like they don't even exist. So basicly you are suggesting to legitimate a hack.

There is another benefit - with high FPS when moving, you can change move direction quite a bit faster which gives advantage in PVP. SAMP is greatly very much dependent on FPS, many other things changes when FPS increases.

Mike allowing crashes.asi (mod to uncap the fps) but If you cap your fps at 130 using RTSS or shit. Even admins use it Lmao

I believe he allowed it only because it fixes crashes and Mike just doesn't see another way to prevent them from happening.

Effects include being able to push vehicles quickly at speed, being able to survive fall damage and much more. Therefore, I've made the decision that players will no longer be allowed to play with more than 120 FPS. This keeps the game fair for everyone. 120 FPS is more than enough. Generally monitors run at 30hz or 60hz referesh rate, so 120 makes logical sense as a limit."

We gon fight for our rights. Also fall damage thingy was caused by certain version of crashes not the FPS amout itself
