What I was doing:
Firefighter putting out a building fire on Esplanade North, however, i was able to duplicate this at another fire in LV. I would suspect it happens because if i put out several fires at once (or in rapid succession) it over saturates the list on the UI causing this error. After the error disappears off the screen where the score you are getting would appear, the list continues to function as it normally would, showing score when you are doing actions like fishing.
Looking it up online appears other people have seen similar issues with TextDraw's in SAMP
