cops spawning at the nearest police department after killing them

- Your in-game name: xxzc1g
- What happened? as the title says, when killing cops they spawn at the nearest pd instead of some far pd and thats just unfair

u can't even get ur shit together and the cop u killed gonna come up to u again and kill u
so u just gonna end up dying if you attack and kill some cops near pd

and here is an example
I killed Mody inside LS pd and another cop came up to me and he got killed too
then Mody came again in less than 30 secs (which means he spawned at the nearest pd) and killed me

It is indeed a bug. Cops are supposed to spawn in the second nearest police department if they die near a police department. I will try to replicate it.
