Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because the administrator had already made up his mind without asking those who were involved, I was the only one out of like 10 players involved who was trying to explain what happened but apparently it was all in vain because the administrator didn't listen
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Cops had arrested me along with other R1AW members and we were out to get revenge on them, this was a back and forth thing for about half an hour before the ban. It was all in good fun until a huge shootout that resulted in the deaths of many cops and some of our members took place. After the shootout, faksy starts asking us why a cop named Goldenboy was shot at, not even killed. I take initiave and start explaining that none of us knew anything about Goldenboy being a target, because he wasn't. Some of the cops that were actual targets were players like Stalenin, Foxie69, Rick etc. Faksy insists that we shot at Goldenboy even though none of us deliberately opened fire on him, we weren't even aware of him since he had nothing to do with the previous shootouts. He was a stranger to us. Faksy keeps claiming that all of us shot at Goldenboy's direction for no reason at all, when there was a huge shootout taking place merely meters away from where Goldenboy was, which was near the intersection of the PnS. To give whoever is gonna read this an accurate picture, we were 9-10 wanted criminals in two Sultans and were having a shootout with the cops near the PnS, and Goldenboy was there with this yellow Bullet and had then also opened fire on us. Not to mention, faksy already admin-jailed me for killing Zack, a cop who was next to us but apparently was not a threat because he was "AFK". I took that admin-jail because I had indeed killed Zack. But then after that faksy gives me 2 infractions which result in a week-long ban, for something that wasn't a rulebreak.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Abseo, nassim, along with 7+ other people who were at the scene

The shootout you speak of happened after this. In /actions there are no previous interactions between him and any of you guys, he joined the server not long before you cophunted him while he was standing still in the middle of the road.

Couple more things:
1. I didnt jail you for killing Zack.
2. Other guys got off with a jail and a warning cause it was their first rdm/cophunting offense. You have multiple previous ones iirc. You simply don't learn.
3. You said multiple times you don't care if you're banned, why are you appealing ? 

Oh and also, notice how abseo is really careful and doesn't shoot cause he knows he's on 9 infraction points

2. Other guys got off with a jail and a warning cause it was their first rdm/cophunting offense. You have multiple previous ones iirc. You simply don't learn.
3. You said multiple times you don't care if you're banned, why are you appealing ?

1. You did in fact admin-jail me right after I killed Zack, seconds later actually.
2. It's not about the others, I am not comparing our punishments. Since when have you seen me complaining about or reporting someone else? Never.
3. I wouldn't mind if I got banned for something I had done maliciously. This is not the case at all with this.

Furthermore, thanks for actually posting the video. It shows that the cop wasn't even "AFK" in that spot and that he was tailing and then waiting for us, after we had assaulted and shot others.

I'd also like @Karbz to investigate this, please.

Let me get this straight, we have to wait until the cops actually shoot at us to react? Chasing us, tailing us and then stalking us on top of it while we're 9-10 wanted criminals on the run is not enough of a reason to fire a couple of bullets at him? He wasn't our target and as the video proves, we were trying to leave. He got shot a few times as a warning to stop following and stalking us. All I am saying is true because it's literally in the video you've posted. He got shot a few times and then we left him alone.

He wasn't "randomly" attacked, your own video proves it. You keep saying we "randomly" attacked him as if we decided to grab 9-10 people and go after some random cop that wasn't involved in the original beef with the other cops ( Foxie69, Stalenin, Rick etc ).

I have nothing further to add myself since there's a video that shows what we did. I gave the explanation why we only fired a few bullets at him and then left in my previous reply. Let's wait for Karbz then.

I have recording of the "original beef" as well and goldenboy wasnt involved.

I have cross-checked the logs with the video evidence provided by Faksy. Goldenboy had no previous interactions with you, and during the part where you 'claim' he was attacking you was pretty obviously away from his computer at the time.

Goldenboy wasn't shot at because he attacked us before the incident that the video shows. I explained above why we fired 5-10 bullets at him and then left. I've contacted @Mike to review this further.
