A feature that can probably solve cop criminal imbalance...

Lately the number of cops in the server is increasing as you lose too much money when you play as a criminal. (I always play as cop because of this reason)

So i got a idea that can solve this problem.

#Like the Cop's medical fees are paid by states.

Mafias can be added into the game,
They will spawn at some places like alleys.
Criminals and civilians will be able to gps them with some kind of command or /missions.
They will give players random mission like stealing a cop rustler and hiding  it somewhere in the inactive city or rob a shop.
If they are able to complete the mission , they will get some respect point and cash from the mafia.
After doing 4 or 5 of these missions they will gain 100 respect point in total.
When the player reaches 100 points the mafia will pay for their
Medical fees and Bail.

In this way Criminals will have to spend less money when they die or get arrested.

*The respects points are not permanent they will lose respect points if the player doesn't do the missions from mafia for a long time.

Not health insurance... They will need to buy tht but i am talking about is like a mafia.... You will do some of their missions... Like stealing a car or cop rustler. If you complete the missions u will get some money and respect point from them. There will be a status somewhere for respect points.. If players do the mission time to time the bar will get to 100 and when the bar gets to 100 the mafia will pay for your medical fees and bail.. If u don't do the missions from mafia the respect points from them will drop and they will no longer help you with your medical fees and bail. You can again gain respect points by doing their missions Some thing like that... I hope you understand... ☺

I think I got his idea
The idea is transporting/stealing vehicles and get them to some place with a wanted level and if u arrive to that place u will lose ur wanted level and u will get respect point from the mafia and if u reach level 100 the mafia will automatically pay for ur bail and medical fees forever

Just not stealing vehicle robbing banks, transporting drugs etc... But u got my idea bro.. And about the level  you will not get level 100 permanently you will loose levels if you do not do those jobs for some days.....

#Like the cops medical fees are paid by states, some civilians can be added that gives player certain mission like stealing a vehicle, plane , cop rustler or rob a specific shop... They will have to do these jobs time to time in return medical fees and bail for the player will given by the civilian. They will earn some money too by doing this missions so they can buy ammo, car armors.

New players will not be also forced to join cop because of losing money in this way?
