.Goku. killed the suspect whilst I was cuffing them.

Player named .Goku. killed a most wanted suspect whilst I was trying to cuff the suspect and when I asked him "Why did you do this?" he replied "No mercy for most wanted". I know for sure that if you kill a person whilst a cop is cuffing the suspect you can get staff jailed. It happened with me as well and all of this happened between 11:35 to 11:45 AM BST.
