Currently, the only way to get your earned pay as a Cop, Medic etc.. is by going off-duty. I believe this should be changed because some of us might need the earned money DURING our onduty session. For example: example_cop is about to be paid 18k if he goes offduty, and he has 15k in his bank. He wants to armour his car and tires to chase some criminals, but he's unable to afford these modifications unless he goes off-duty, gets the money, and then goes back on-duty, which would take like 10-15 mins due to job cooldown.
So my suggestion is changing how PS earn their pay by either one of two ways:
1- A button at their job location, or in player menu: gives them their earned pay. Maybe put a 30 minute cooldown for this so people wouldn't spam it.
2- Daily wage: each day the PS automatically gets paid what they earned during the day and the earned pay resets every day.
choose whichever one you see fit and tweak it the way you want (eg: button in character menu instead of job location) but nevertheless I think this implementation is necessary
