Any threat that the suspect makes her death.
I have been playing this server for several years, Since its players did not reach 20 members. and know rules, I think mikazuki did this and punished me.
he keep a gun on hand, this is a threat, then I go follow him with a tazer?  That he suddenly starts shooting and kill?
The same thing happened to me before, I held a gun for a few seconds, not forever, but they shot me and killed me.  I also posted it in the forum, but no one was punished, nothing, the answer I got was that you were threat.
If this is a new rule, it is not rational at all.

Holding a weapon does not make the player a threat.

A player is a threat if they are most wanted, and not cuffed.

A player is a threat if they are under most wanted, between wanted levels 2 - 5 if they have:

Aimed a weapon at a player/NPC/actor within the last 5 minutes
Shot a weapon at an actor/NPC/player within the last 5 minutes
Shot a weapon near a player

So job ban appeal denied.
