add the smuggler job and add smoke kit for cars.
When the players do this job, they become suspects and the police goes after them to arrest them. And they can use Kit Smoke to eliminate the police sight and escape.
Use the fastest car for this job

Smuggler is already in the server.

I don't know anything about smoke kit for cars tho.
