It's ridiculous to spend time on a job and revive the patient with a 50% chance and deliver it to the hospital with protection and get only 5 scores, or deliver a package to another hospital and get only 5 scores. Increase it, or if you think it's not cost effective, add better jobs. The score level of getting medic is very low.
