I've seen so many players complaining about the rainy weather, it gives so much lag and its just annoying

whenever rainy weather comes I see people asking admins to change the weather

so my suggestion is, to reduce chances of rain or completely remove it

It’s part of the base game and 99% of pcs can handle it. Upgrade your computer, it is lowered in areas where it’s unlikely to happen often (LV for sure doesn’t get it as much, not sure about LS?)

Rainy weather already feels quite unusual as it is. It's a good part of the game. Players who's computers can't keep up sadly need to avoid confrontation during rain if it's an issue.

It's unfortunate, and trust me, I am -very- familiar with the reality of being simply unable to pay for computer upgrades, but it seems unfair to remove rain for everyone just because a few player's systems can't keep up with a 20 year old game, IMO.
