Being able to spawn in property in active city whenever city changes

I have a house on SF, I set my spawn there.
The city changed to LS and I spawned at LS next to my property.

Make it compulsory to buy a house in every city. Then you are able to access the property spawn feature
And it will only be for civs (public service can abuse it)

Would be great but idk how that would work. There's a spawn menu (Pier 69, Rodeo...) and obviously "property" won't be there, so you'll have to spawn somewhere and THEN a menu would pop up to spawn in a property? I guess it can be figured out somehow so +1

+1, as it's an advantage for criminals to evade their wanted level with no troubles driving in an inactive city.

You can set your spawn in Settings -> MCNR -> Gameplay -> Spawnpoint
