Catching multi accounters.

In MCNR there're too many multi accounters still not exposed yet, I would like to give this suggestion to owner/manager.

- Add a feature that will not allow one IP to create multiple accounts, only one account can be created in-game.
- Restrict use of VPN in the server, many players are changing IP using it and making multiple accounts.
- Also add a logs feature that will tell which player tried to login with same IP and different account, so admins would catch the
  multiaccounter easily.

Multi-account in no way affect the server unless multi account is used for hacking/trolling.

Playing from different accounts has no impact on gameplay of other players unless one tries to abuse them, hide behind fake identity to do unfair things etc.

if players are playing fairly then let them create multiple accounts.

Also, in this era, you can change your IP address in matter of seconds without using VPN so best of luck for that.
