I'm not sure why they popped your tires or who did it because you didn't provide your action logs, but in the second video they are kind of allowed to shoot you because you had a bag and they didn't, and you also rammed into their vehicle on your way to the hideout. I will leave this complaint open so that the reported players can present their points of view.
