[COPS] A policeman's test before the first duty

Hello.
I suggest adding a simple police test, in English of course. The test would be done BEFORE joining the police FIRST.
It would include such simple questions related to /coprules. The administration would come up with questions based on the reports the players of newbie cops.

At the end of the test, if successful, the player gets the opportunity to play as a policeman.
Finally, a test if you fail the test. The player will be able to join it again in 72 hours in the game. And so up to 5 times. If the 5th time he fails, the player cannot start the policeman's job NEVER. Only, he will be able to explain to the Administrators why he has failed, and then they can give him another chance.

Cheers, I would be grateful if this were added, it would definitely reduce the number of novice policemen breaking the rules.

Some people don´t even watch the FIRST tutorial and now you want to force them to do a test that half of them don´t understand?

Rather make a tutorial where you are shown how to arrest/detain a suspect than asking them questions since it´s boring.
Nobody can escape their sins, everyone gets punished whether it takes a day or an eternity.
You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.

How can the boring part of the gameplay be? I don't care if something is less dynamic. The problem here is the cops who should not be cops.

This would stop 60% of rdm as cops though as they’d not be cops without knowing how to be one. As it stands anyone can be one no questions asked. There needs to be some kind of rule acknowledgment

when I have two stars of wanted level, newbie cop (even with a 7k or 8k score) can kill me, and when I ask for bribe my buddies, they even arrest me

Doesn't contains any sense, it will ruin the gameplay of new players, tbh most of MCNR players are dumb and deaf, didn't even know rules, just started their fkin pc and joined MCNR, dont even know how to chat or what are the rules so how a dumb and deaf player can give a test to join cops force?

MCNR does not have an average of 1000 players, it has only 50-60 players, maybe 70 and if most of them are noobs cops, why do we need players who cannot speak English, so what are they do for Mike?

Doesn't matter which language they speaks, but your suggestion don't contains sense at all, if new players have to past test before being cop, so lets start taking players test before going on as medic/firefighter/mechanic

It doesn't have to be a question test, just a mini-game to catch the 3 star criminal and the most wanted

So you want MCNR to be turned into mini missions server?

First of all this is so discriminative....judging people just because they dont know how to speak in english...then this suggestion is just so lame cause nobody has come here to learn how to be a cop...just to have fun...even the introduction tutorial people never view it...what will make them to keep on trying to just become a cop..This wil reduce the playerbase for sure.
-1 from me.

Cops know rules imo but they dont want to follow rules or do mistakes.
After 5times never ? Thats dumb thing and i bet u would fail on that test too

I don't understand the audience here, they have rules that newbies clearly don't follow yet you reject adding a test/tutorial for them? I understand that they should be reading the rules instead of just getting a test about how to be a cop but do you actually believe that newbies read rules? especially the long pages, none reads them unless they do a mistake or feel like they should be playing by the rules and mostly newbies don't even care and decide to play without reading because it has long pages.. bla bla bla.
Adding a test would be a good addition to the server, whoever fails it just doesn't get the job, it's simple, you fail the test you are not qualified to be a cop yet.
now this isn't what you guys call it "forcing them to read or getting a test or whatever" because you can literally just not join the police team, it's a choice, wanna join? take that test and go ahead, you don't want the test? sorry but you will continue as a civilian until you are qualified to join the police team.
NOTHING IS FORCED, the tutorial or test or whatever you call it will cause less trouble in understanding the rules for newbies, game will be easier to play, you won't have to read pages of rules just to know how to play (newbies pov).
by the way I don't agree with the 72 cooldown, none has to wait that long to take another test and same for the 5 times try then you can't join anymore that's not necessary.
That's all I have to say about this, it'd be great if this gets added.
Thanks.
