Spawn point distance from death

So, I suggest making it so if you die in one of the spawn locations or near it you can't spawn within a reasonable distance from it.

I'll give you a little story of what happened.

Me and 2 of my friends were playing on the server, the active city was SF.
We went to Angel Pine to rob some stores, we drove there, started robbing and two of us got 4 stars.
Two cops came to Angel Pine, we somehow managed to kill them both.
They after death just chose Angel Pine as the spawn location and were both back there in a matter of seconds with full hp and armor and all their guns.
So they have infinite respawns and we don't. Really uncool.
So I recommend fixing that.

+1, when you kill cops in Angel Pine, they will mostly respawn in that village.
If you don't touch the settings about job respawning you will respawn at the nearest job office, so with cops you are going to spawn in Angel Pine every time.
This is the same with Fort Carson, El Quebrados and Montgomery

+1, had to kill a cop 20 times cause of this thing, i got jailed afterwards, pretty unfun to deal with.
