Details: was following the suspect when i suddently saw this cop shooting him with the rustler.. so i started recording and i caught him.

The video clearly shows that I did not fire while in flight. I hit the car with the rustler's nose, causing it to skid. I urge you to avoid tarnishing people just because you have nothing to do.

They can't. This type of damage on vehicles cannot be detected by samp, thus it's not logged.

And when the suspect is on foot then we stop shooting? And proceed to arrest/tazer

u can only shoot  mws with the rustler..
and u can only shoot criminals that are a threat.. if they are not a threat u can only tazer them.

When you enter a rustler, you are clearly being told to that you can only attack most wanted players and most wanted player's vehicles. There is nothing not to understand.
If you have seen rustler pilots shooting oranges, then these oranges were either threats or victims of rule breaking cops.

At this point I don't think it's right for me to be punished just because someone "saw" me shooting the rustler. This report borders on the ridiculous.

u can lie all u want brother.. lying will not get u anywhere in life.. ur just lucky i was playing on a low resolution because i was testing some things.. so pls.. shut the fuck up, follow the rules, and stop talking.because like i said.. i cant be bothered dealing with a dumb ass. like i didnt start randomly recording unless i saw  something thats worth reporting.. i only record for my kills incase i get reported and to report players that are low enough to break the simple rules.. just like u did

Mike himself said so. While in rustler/seasparrow, treat suspects as if they're on foot. Which basically means if they're a threat you may attack.

This means that while you are in rustler, suspects' vehicles are equal to the suspects themselves. You can't attack it if it doesn't contain threats.
