As you rank higher up in your job, the job events should get more and more of a challenge. Some examples are adding another job event and/or increasing job event difficult (increasing distance, less time, etc.)
Since it takes the same amount of time and effort to do a job event regardless of your job rank, it would make sense and would be fun.
Maybe add bonuses for it too(?)
