Theres a way that you can change name that only staffs can knew who are you, ask a manager kindly change your name ingame while you are offline that way you can avoid being known. (If a player knew you after that theres a snitch on the staff then).

You can talk to admins to change your name even while in game.

Admins won't change your name if you just ask for it. They only add/remove tags.
