stolen vehicle crime

- What happened?    :   I had just been released from jail and went to the nearbiest vehicle I could find.I broke-into it and got 2 wanted levels,which later I bribed to a cop.After that went to the South Las Venturas Gas Station to start a job as a mechanic and got reported for stolen vehicle again,even after I started the job as a mechanic the car was again reported as stolen.It repeated like this 4 times or so,then I quit.

- What were you doing?    Stealing the vehicle
- Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?  No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?   I don't know.

Tested and replicated, The server thinks this vehicle is stolen and therefore treats any civilian who enters it later as a guy who robbed it, even after you go on duty. A good example is that if a criminal uses a police vehicle and you enter it later as a cop, it asks you to impound it as it's stolen, but in this scenario it gives you wanted levels as you are not a police officer. Logging it now.

Issue	Previously stolen tow trucks will give a wanted level to mechanics.
Description	If a civilian enters a tow truck and causes it to be saved in the server as a "stolen vehicle", It will give any mechanic that attempts to drive it a wanted level for "driving a stolen vehicle".
