Details		We were trying to taze and arrest him but he quitted to avoid infront of us, he said he was lagging but he should had let himself get arrested by us before quitting not quitting mid chase.

It was a qta, game freezing doesnt give you a permission to quit mid fight no matter what happened game freeze or teleporting u still quitted.

Even if you are lagging, do not leave the server during a chase or fight. You should keep playing until the game crashes or the server kicks you out. Ignore what I told you yesterday.
