Decrease prices in ammunation.

Hey, I'm suggesting this because I've seen that weapons Ammunation are too expensive, many players have this problem, 100 Sawn-Off ammo , It worth 3K, M4+200 ammo, It worth 8K, and satchels and other weapons prices are too high, please decrease them little bit.

I personally think the weapon prices are quite moderate.This is because if you buy weapons ...lets say 300 ammo...even if you are arrested most probably thats the same amount youll find in the evidence locker..so you need like some few bucks to just top up the sawn since its mostly 16-4 .

Prices will be reduced next update, and max ticket/bail reduced from $4000 to $3000.
