Car spawn issue(when in front of LSPD the car can spawn in the Highway)

Hello, this Is Just a Little issue with car spawning in LSPD.
Sometimes your vehicle will spawn in the Highway up LSPD and it happens many times, when im wanted (jailbreak etc) results frustating to go again in jail because of this.
I dont known if this Is technically possible for Mike to fix this issue.

There should be measures in place to prevent this. I'll look into it at some point but it's not a priority.
