We know the rule "After city changes you can't get revenge" I suggest like our wanted levels remain the same after city change they should be reset to civilians not criminals.As this if we spawn we don't directly get approached by cops until the player commits a crime just a friendly suggestion that would make Mike's cops and robber more playable as there are over 10 cops online.

What about a player commits crime just like 2,3 minutes before city change then it would be an advantage for all of the players who will commit the crime, as cops won't be able to catch them in such a short time frame before city change. If this happens players will use it as an exploit and just before city change they will Rob various shops and gain easy money without any consequences. Even if this suggestion is good but it should be properly implemented,i.e,have conditions like any crime 5 mins before city change will not result in clearance of wanted level after city change.

Banks are closed after 20 so banks won't be a big deal and shops cops can respond to the crime scene as they have enough time to reach to the criminal and arrest/Kill the criminal if the cops want to I don't see criminals abusing this in any way

I'm not a fan of this idea. The city change is just a change of location, I don't see any reason why people would magically become innocent all of a sudden. That makes no sense.

So it's 23:59, 1 second to city change, I blast a cop's head clean off, and 1 second later I'm suddenly innocent? Yeah, that's a no from me dawg.

If it were to follow this logic, all players should have their jail time set to 0 as well leaving only bail to be paid

This is already rejected but I think what @Karbz said makes the most sense: Per-CITY stats, which means if you blast someone's head off at 23:59 in SF, you'll be innocent in LV and LS but when it changes back to SF, you'll still have that wanted level. @Mike

I like this idea. You can't get revenge on someone if they killed you or robbed you 5 minutes before city change but you MUST have wanted level, this is stupid
