My ban appeal

Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone	Date is not seen in the ban message but it happened aprox. a week ago.
Ban/infraction reason and details	I got banned for allegedly using speedhacks on a motorbike.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I have never used any form of cheats/hacks. I was using the 'lean forward' trick to go faster.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was escaping on a motorbike with both tires popped, from a cop. I was driving quite fast due to 'spamming' lean forward, as many other GTA SA players do, to go faster.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	None.
Any more information to provide?	On another CNR server, using that lean-forward trick has lead a couple of instances of unknowning players calling me a speedhacker. If using the trick is considered against the rules I will of course stop doing it.
