Type /actions while in-game and find the moment when an event in question happened, in this case, attempted RDM, and screenshot every page of logs 1 hour prior to the event so we can judge if he had a valid reason to shoot you or not.

Well, After Looking At the actions log's. Kanarimortem
had valid reason to kill you, since you killed him as a cop, no matter you go off or on, he had valid rights to kill you. Dismissed.
