only in your head you can be both toxic and smart. the intelligence cancels everything that comes from animalism, including unnecesserry agressivness. indeed, politeness only benefits you, while agresivness only brings you problems - so why would a smart person act toxic? it doesn't make sense. i can think of no name of a smart and sucessfull person who is also toxic. every person from my surrounding, which is quite intellegent and higly educated, stays polite and worthy always. if you happen to leave your country, do you really think that civilizaed society will tolerate your toxicivity if you won't cowardly hide it?
and what does travelling have to do with being smart here ?
this was the last thing in the list since travelling indeed correlates less with smartness. however, travelling gives you some experience and opens the mind. i suppose you didn't see anything apart from your country, so it would be quite helpful for you to travel and see how civilized people treat each other.
and finally education pretty decent considering the amount of problems we are having here. aka in school
it's only decent if you can surely say that you will be able to get a good job in any european country.
