I have suggested a tax system, (along with the payday check) that tax you a small percentage% you earn in one game week but only for players that is above the poverty line(newb income status).
My definition of poverty line is that when you have no bank account and/or earns below income bracket (ex. $5000 in one game week).
If you are within the poverty line, you have no tax, instead you are given a small amount of cash(newb paycheck) from collected players taxes. The player should be online to receive it.
Players who is eligible to taxes may receive tax even when not online.
Tax percentage% may start to increase too, as you reach high levels of income(ex. about >$2m income per game week). Therefore tax increases exponentially.
Edit: This system will encourage players to play regularly to earn more cash.
