• myth was already punished for that
• between killing Arthur and shooting his vehicle, myth said in chat "ez", marking his intentions were clear and not accidental
• he continued shooting the vehicle for 11 seconds

Not sure, why would any staff, old/new/rehired would think this is okay, since players have been punished for that for months since, I was warned for that myself.
I can't deny your appeal, so I leave it to higher ups.

Yeah? That's how chain of command works. Highest rank dictates what is allowed and what is not.
I have Domingo&Dan and probably Karbz, since he infracted you for same thing before (why not questioned it though), on my side, but you're using trina's statement, that's why only she and Mike have a final word at this point.
