Getting sent to county jail if you are arrested/killed in countryside

When you are arrested/killed in countryside you get sent to the city jail. What I'm proposing is getting sent to local jail in smaller places if you get arrested or killed in Red County/Flint County/Tierra Robadda etc.

Some of the county jails do not have removable cell doors, so we've opted to not put people in there... along with the easy option of escaping

I guess the removable cell doors comment is lost on me, aren’t we teleported to an area out of the zone? Why would that be a problem… I do agree that it could be super easy to escape but it would also put use in these not really used police departments.

Yeah, I don't get why removable cell doors are needed if you are teleported outside of the cell.
