how can i report someone next time when a staff member calls me a crybaby on main chat for reporting and asking for my rights

You're playing a +18 game online, with thousands of people from other countries. If you can't take any trash talk f.e. 'crybaby', go switch to singleplayer or turn-off chat/don't reply to anyone if you want your peace.

I'd suggest you to stop nitpicking people, since you don't like the outcome of it, if it's not in your favour. Aswell, what comes around goes around if you have heard of it.
