Make it so that cops, firefighters, robbers and medics who perform actions together all get a cut of the money/XP

If we're working as a team it's only fair all of us are rewarded.

Yes coz when 4 cops chase a criminal and only one cop manage to kill that criminal se he is the only one who get reward plus xp and other cops only get xp bonus no reward.
