Properties Add on upgradeable

So thought that we could design our owned when owned properties:
Such as upgrade the look of interior (sometimes too hard to look one by one at house to see the interior)  ,
Unlock garage (limit 2-3 garage per house),
gas poison if intruder break in (only for few seconds and used one per at the time)

I like this idea.to change interior..give color and deesign etc..but i hope it will be expensive.. Like 10k for changing color

Yup Sure, That can be useful for cash that we earned. Because I Realized that got plenty of cash in bank or wallet but Dont know how to spend it even after brought multiple of cars and mod it

- House decoration and indeed a full furniture system was planned but I ran into technical issues. I don’t think it’s essential enough to spend hours and days scripting when other things would be more worthwhile.
- Gas in break in sounds a bit silly. But some sort of defence mechanism would be good yes.
- Don’t know what you mean by unlock garage.  Be specific in your suggestion.
