Carjacking someone (especially from a bike), may result in your character frozen. This happens when the carjacking fails, because the driver gets away, or you stop the animation while carjacking (basically moving after the animation started, in order to perform the carjack without entering the vehicle).
I am willing to try this in game, i think i can replicate it very well.
