Allow to set different property spawn location in each city

Currently you can set 1 spawnpoint via setting, make it so you can choose different spawn location for every city.
That could increase properties prices aswell, having better impact on house economy.

+1 supporting this. However, I don't have a house in LV, hence my spawnpoint would have to be at another house location that I have. I should be able to choose the house I have in Palomino Creek (the very Northside of Red County near LV) as my spawn point of Las Venturas. I think I'd want all my three spawns (in properties) to be set manually so I could set my LV house to P. Creek.

Great idea - this could also get more money flowing (houses near bank would be a hot spot for criminals).. near ammunation etc. +1
