Add Maverick and Raindance to vehicle list for Public Service Jobs

I'm gonna make it short&simple:
1)Classify Raindance as Emergency Vehicle
As you can see heli itself has some kind of an insignia as well as 'Fire Dept. of San Andreas' marking. Kinda weird it to be considered as civilian helicopter after that, isn't it?
*Since it will be an Emergency Vehicle, stealing it will give you more WLPs rather than any normal vehicle.

2)Add Raindance to Medic&Firefighter vehicle request list
Since new update introduced more than 100 new spawnpoints for helicopters, I assume it will help Public Service jobs to travel around the map more efficiently; either to heal somebody or complete their job events.
*Medics&Firefighters will be able to request Raindance through Y menu

3)Add Police Maverick to Police vehicle request list
same reasoning as above
*Cops will be able to request Raindance through Y menu

**Originally I proposed idea of removing Raindance from civilian market list with changes above, but Mike thought it was unpoggers

I also think that there should be some custom paramedic cars, similar to the undercover/pursuit police cars.
