When we enter the Ammu shop, the owner of the shop is either dead or as if someone had stolen him. It was the same from some of the people I asked, and I was absolutely sure that there was no problem with my computer, please check.

Store can be used the shopkeeper  will  fall on floor everytime you get in and might trick you that the shop is closed due to robbery

Store can be used and robbed normally, unless an error prohibits it (you or others have robbed it recently, and/or it is your last robbed store). This seems to happen not only in ammu-nation but other stores that were previously robbed before as well. Might have something to do with this new change?

- You can no longer rob a store again immediately after it resets. You must wait 24 in-game hours.

No, unfortunately it has not been fixed yet. When I enter the shops, it is as if someone has scared the shop owner or kidnapped him.

look, not only Ammu shop is like this, but all stores are like this.

Confirmed, the shopkeepers are in scared animation when I walk into ammu but the store itself is still usable.

@M3E6  Yes, it can be used, but players may make the mistake of stealing or intimidating someone.
