Ban/infraction reason and details: I killed a player for MB in bank and got infraction there was 2 left in the vault hawkey and jhaycce take that bag so the vault is out of mb, then me and Hellboss kill the player for MB and got infraction point for RDM.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?: we didn't do RDM we kill the player for Moneybag

Killing a player to get Money Bag is not wrong. To me and Dux given RDM violation this is not fair please comment.

Just like Godofcreations says "theres 2 bags left in the vault" first we uhmm Jhaycee, Dux, Hellboss, and myself. We did not go down there, we just count the number of robbers that obviously getting money bags, Second Well we all know the four of us are not getting bags so we choose to kill players who have it and claim it ourselves. ( The vid Godofcreations sent is clearly we ddnt go down there).

From the action logs and the video, it looked like you were intentionally waiting on the top floor of the bank instead of going down to the vault to grab a moneybag yourself, You even told your partner Hellboss to "stay" and not go down to the vault.

the rule states : if there are no moneybags around you may kill others to get their moneybag. there were 2 moneybags in the vault enough for you and Hellboss.
You have to check if the vault is empty before you open fire on people, if the vault is indeed empty u may chase and kill those who were carrying moneybags, you instead waited
on the top floor not knowing if the vault was empty or not

i'll leave this for a higher rank staff member to review and close it

As Eddz said, you cant just stay outside the bank waiting for the robbers to get out instead of searching for a bag yourself, and the way you targeted these players searching for a reason to kill them can be considered as harassment

@DUX @HellBoss. Infractions will be revoked since Mike has clarified that players outside the vault are not required to check the vault first before killing players with money bags.
