Wait, you actually proved you were a threat. Last screenshoot - you attacked someone, then left the game and joined after 5 hours, but you remained wanted because of attacking players with weapon. So what's the point of this report?

I agree with Kittycatmur's response, but currently the rule states otherwise. I've asked management to clear this rule once and for all because currently there no common sense at all behind that rule.

The rules right now state that a criminal is a threat if their last crime that made them a threat is within the 5 minute window. Granted, we do not expect cops to feverishly check the crimes of criminals, but 5 hours since your last threat crime is a lot. Therefore, Kittycatmur will be issued a PSO for killing you as a non-threat which will serve as a warning.
