Invalid complaint.
Cops are allowed to shoot/destroy a suspect's vehicle to stop them from escaping arrest. Also, there are no 'hacks' being used here - If a vehicle is shot directly in the fuel tank, it will catch fire and explode almost immediately, even if you have put armor/bulletproof tires on it.
Also attempted this, it is possible to 1-shot an NRG with armor to destroy it. I'd call it a fluke shot, as it was hard to do, but I managed to replicate it 3 times.
