Recovering personal vehicle cheaper than its price - spawning destroyed

I recalled my vehicle after exploded and i didnt thought that my car cant be recalled within 30 secs. My car respawned on fire  and i recalled again after blowing up  but i was offered recover message i pressed recover and than i lost money but the car spawned on fire again, i kept doing it and noticed that the only way to recall the car without going on fire is by going thorugh interaction menu- repairing engine thats whay cheaper than doing /pv.
steps to reproduce :
call a car > destroy it > and recall it by /pv (might not work the first time ) >  press Y  to open interaction menu and repair engine by $$$  while the car spawn  >car spawn fixed for cheaper than recovery fee  if this is not done like this car will spawn on fire to  infinity and you will lose money  Like shown in the video

I've noticed it is quite buggy. You can recall your car while is it upside down or on fire and if it catches fire from being upside down before it goes away then it respawns sometimes on fire again, other times at like 51% health, all depending on when the script  read the cars health.
