What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	i was always playing with 2 shots of sawn all these years in every server so it became actually a havit . i killed mrnobody with 2shots thats because of my previous skill i followed im trying to play with 4 shots now but suddenly i used 2 shoot im really sorry for my mistake .. please i got a ban for 7 days . i beg to forgive me and reduce my ban please

It was announced 4 days(if it was not longer) before you got banned. That is probably enough to understand that its not allowed anymore.

Ban/infraction appeal guidelines

If you (not on behalf of another player) were UNFAIRLY or WRONGFULLY banned on the server or given an infraction you can appeal it here. You may ONLY submit an appeal if your ban or infraction was unfairly or wrongfully issued. For example you were banned by an administrator because he was mad that you killed him or if you were wrongly banned by the anticheat. In this case, we will investigate the situation and take the appropriate action.

Please do not submit an appeal because you are guilty but 'sorry'. Valid bans and infractions are final and will not be lifted.

Posting an appeal when you know yourself is guilty and you apologize about it doesn't make any difference. Kindly read the guidelines before making any appeal, valid ban will not be lifted just because you apologized.
