What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know English well, and if the word was wrong, please forgive me.  I was in the middle of the game when suddenly the ping of the game went up and a page came from the server that said I was banned from cheating for a year, but in fact only about 7 to 10 seconds my ping suddenly and unintentionally went up  He left and I didn't cheat at all. Please help me to return my account with thanks
