Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't understand why am banned. I doubt I was playing at the time the ban was issued (I haven't played for several days, plus the I don't play usually at that time of the day

Any more information to provide?	Well, at least explain to me the reason of the ban, and thank you in advance

its because your IP was one of those which were banned for ban evasion (new system). You should try with a different IP, i think it might work.

maybe because u used an VPN that's why u got banned.

I am not using any VPN. And when you say, try a new IP, should I use a VPN??

restart your internet router and it should change your IP
