Counter to Seasparrow

hello there im a new player who recently joined the server
theres no specific reason as to why im making this topic but i want some clarification
so i was robbing the bank literally 5 minutes ago and my vehicle got blown up all of a sudden by a chopper and im wondering whether theres a counterplay to that chopper or do you just have to outrun the minigun it beholds because the amount of time it takes for your vehicle to blow up is straight up pathetic and ridiculous

But yeah in all seriousness there probably should be a better counter to it. I guess you just have to shoot it.

I just tested it and the damage on it is ridiulously low, even if every shot hits it takes like 20 seconds to fully drain health and armour..

Few days ago I attacked a gang with it, went from 1000 health to 300 in like 4 seconds. Getting that thing down is pretty easy.

i was robbing with a 600+hp phoenix and all of a sudden it caught flames,in my opinion just like mike said you need to at least be aware that thing is following you so you can take some kind of measures to prevent yourself from getting arrested that quickly.i have no concrete clips to support all this but im pretty sure my words were enough to reproduce the scene.
missiles wouldnt prove helpful, you should either nerf the damage on that thing or make it harder to maneuver/make it slower.
shooting wouldnt be ideal if you are being chased by other cops as well, not to mention that if you get shot by the minigun you'll have a high chance of getting stunned continually.

In my opinion, if it would be possible, just make the damage higher against seasparrow. Most of the time ,the cops who use it are missing from radar, due to their high rank skin. So if you don't look around all the time, it takes just 2 seconds to destroy your car.
