My stoled account got banned from legal jobs

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I did not broke the rules, the person who stealed account did it. My ban removed but legal jobs are not allowed for me for one week.

Currently investigating if the account was actually stolen when it received the last PSO which resulted in a public service ban.
