We don't see their current /crimes in the video, and according the staff list here chuppy joined the staff in march 2020, obviously I can't ignore this but I can't take action either, probably gonna watch over him for now.

Maybe chuppy was didn't notice about the rules before being staff or after being staff? If he did this when he already being as staff, then we will monitor his action
